Detailed operation of automatic label dispenser
1.Installation
Install the labeling machine according to the packing instructions; If the machine is packed, no packing instruction is required. After the installation, place the whole machine on the assembly line. Make sure to pass the label through the slot that stops the eye and the eye is working properly.

Move the position where the eye stops and sent out the label. Adjust the label stripping length to the appropriate state and lock the electric eye according to personal operation habit.
5. Continuous dispenser
After the adjustment of 2 ~ 6 steps ( consult the gaozhen machinery if you have any problem), and the dispenser is in the working state. Open the label on the side, and the second TAB will be stripped automatically. If the stripper can't stop normally, it is probably that the detection of the eye stop cannot be able to detect the label. Just move it to the detection position.
6. Operational essentials.
The speed of dispenser, edge distance of the electric eye, the stripping plate and the length of the marking are determined by individual operating habits.
For the transparent label, the edge distance between the electric eye and the stripper is as small as possible to improve the sensitivity of the electric eye detection.
For soft labels that are easy to droop, shorten the strip length for easy operation.
Press the pressure mechanism to hold the back of the label. If it is not smooth to strip the label, add the length of the strip to press the film that cannot hold the label.
The enlarged diameter of the bottom paper of the receiving mechanism is easy to influence the length of the stripping with a great impact on short labels.
You can cut out the base paper from the front of the receiving mechanism, pull out the bolt, take out the rotating shaft of the whole receiving material, quickly remove the bottom paper, and then reinstall the charging mechanism to rework.
