This article makes a brief introduction to the debugging of such kind of temporary equipment, hoping to be helpful to the users of winding equipment.
The following debugging method can be applied to the common winding process with skeleton coils, mainly explaining the starting position, enameled wire specifications and two important winding parameters.
1. How to set the winding position
What is the starting position? Simply put, the starting point of the winding begins on the skeleton, which is closely related to the head of the coil and the type of coil. The specific value of the relevant winding position can be measured by measuring function of the device control system. The operator can also use manual measurement, using the fixed point as the reference point to use the ruler to actually measure, when setting the point, pay attention to the winding direction of the coil.
2. Setting of enameled wire specifications
The common enameled wires have different wire diameters. Whether the specification of enameled wires is set correctly will directly affect the effect of wiring arrangement. The enameled wires with different materials need to be modified with different diameters. The copper wire is not easy to be drawn down. The aluminum wire is easy to be stretched after passing the tension of the winding equipment and the wire crossing device, and its correction range is large, between 0.02 and 0.2 are allowed.
